The picture can be in color or black and white, but must be an untouched photograph. * All pictures submitted must have a title. You may submit more than one photograph. * The picture must be an original. Copies or duplicates will not be accepted. * The picture must be in good taste. Do Not send any kind of pornography.

Each Week THE HELP LINE will feature a picture that we feel is worthy of submitting to over 400 major News Papers in The United States. This picture will be featured on our Picture of The Week page and it will be submitted to over 400 newspapers in The US for publication. There is no guarantee that the picture will be published. We can only submit it to the picture editor. The rules are simple.

Pictures will be judged on originality, lighting, composition, and subject matter. The person whose picture is submitted and selected to be the winner will be notified by E-Mail and will be giving a list of the 400 newspapers to which the picture was submitted. Pictures can be E-Mailed on any day to The Help Line USA, Inc. and the picture selected will be posted on our Picture of the Week page each Sunday PM.
