We talk to all kinds of people of all ages with all kinds of problems. We help people who are in crisis, women who have been raped, people with drug or alcohol problems, kids who are seriously thinking of committing suicide and people who just need someone to talk to. Possibility someone you know. 

We are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for those who need to talk with another human being. We are not affiliated with any sect, denomination, political organization, or institution. We do not wish to engage in any controversy, and do not endorse or opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to help those in a crisis situation. 

The Help Line was recently selected by Columbia records as the crisis counseling hot line for its promotion of the musical group, Neve. Posters promoting The Help Line were sent to 10,000 Schools through out The United States. Cosmos Teen magazine promotes The Help Line Crisis Counseling. The Help Line is also the Crisis Help Line for Suicide Prevention, The National Runaway Hot Line, 1-800-MEDICARE, Farmers in Distress; Panic-Relief; Drug and Alcohol Addiction and other mental health related services. 

The Help Line needs funding to continue offering it's services free of charge. We need your help. Please make a donation to The Help Line USA, Inc. Your donation, no matter how small, will be much appreciated.
